It all began with a question: how can we create innovative health solutions that truly make a difference? At Wondaleaf, we started with one simple belief: everyone deserves better care and protection.

Meet the Innovator

Our founder, Dr. John Tang (FRCOG), an Obstetrician & Gynecologist with over 30 years of experience, realized the root causes of unwanted pregnancies and the devastating spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs):

Male condoms prone to slippage or invagination.
Existing condoms do not provide full coverage of the genital area.
Condoms often rejected due to discomfort, allergies, or loss of sensation.
Limited female contraceptive options.

Driven by his patients’ struggles, Dr. Tang was determined to find better solutions. And so, Wondaleaf was born.

The Wondaleaf Journey

Through years of research, we developed the world’s first Unisex Condom and the world’s first 3-Dimensional wound dressing. Today, our research spans from condoms to wound dressings to patient-lifter.

Along the way, we earned federal innovation grants, became ISO 13485 certified, and registered under Medical Device Authority (MDA) Malaysia.

We are committed to the vision of providing innovative and affordable options that contribute positively to the delivery of medical services to all.
